Every batch is handmade with local and organic raw milk from The Milkhouse Farm in Monmouth, Maine.
We also use Maine Sea Salt in all of our cheeses to continue our dedication to keeping all of our products as local as possible.

Olivia is a born and raised Mainer who has always been passionate about local food and products. She is excited to bring a new and fresh look and approach to the cheese making world here in her home state of Maine. On her off time, she enjoys yoga, traveling, cooking and trying new foods, spending time on the water in the summers, and hanging out with her cat Selene.
